Modern Fencing DVD

This DVD presents a series of sabre lessons, exercises, and drills designed to illustrate modern sabre technique and tactics and how to teach and practice them. Ten well-designed segments take us from a basic lesson to the championship level. The DVD features Polish National Sabre Coach Arcadiusz Roszak, Zbigniew Borysiuk, and members of the Polish National men's and women's sabre squads. The material is fully described in Cahpter 12 of Modern Sabre Fencing, and it is clearly explained through detailed English subtitles. Zbigniew Borysiuk is a distinguished sports teacher, fencer, and coach who is currently a professor of sports science at Opole Polytechnic University in Opole, Poland.
