Blade's policy is to supply the quality the customer specifies -- at a better price than any other supplier. Many brands of fencing equipment in this country are manufacturer-specific or distributor-specific, so only one American company carries them.

If FenceSmart does not carry the brand name the customer specifies, FenceSmart will offer its own brand or an internationally famous brand of equal or better quality.

When ordering please keep in mind the following:

Estimated total delivery time (processing & shipping) of in-stock items:

-Standard/Home 5-10 business days. -UPS Two Day Air 2-4 business days. -UPS Standard Overnight 1-2 business days.

Also keep in mind that UPS does not consider Sat. and Sun. as part of the business week. So a STANDARD OVERNIGHT order placed on Friday or late Thursday (orders received after 3:00PM EST) will arrive on Monday not Sat.

Saturday delivery must be SPECIFICALLY requested at time of order. We cannot do DHL Ground shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Hawaii. Delivery to these locations require 2nd Day delivery or better. Please call customer service if you have any questions. Remember, the website only provides an estimate on shipping costs. The actual cost will be calculated at time of processing.

To Our International Customers: Please note that we while we do ship worldwide, we are not responsible for or liable for any Customs, Duties, Brokerage, and/or related charges. These are controlled and charged by your respective countries. CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We ship to Canada using UPS. They do charge a brokerage fee to release your items once it arrives in Canada. We have NO control over this. Some items we may be able to ship using USPS but the larger boxes are not able to.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Full Money Refund: FenceSmart will refund in full your total purchase on all unused, unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Original receipt required. You will receive full refund on the cost of the merchandise. *Shipping and Handling charges are not included in the refund. This applies to all cases. *

Store Credit / Exchange: Fencesmart will refund your merchandise with store credit or item exchange for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Does not apply to used or worn items. Original receipt required.

Wrong Sizes: FencSmart will refund your money in full within 7 days of purchase for all articles or clothing that do not fit, if so desired. We can also do an exchange for the correctly sized items as well, if so desired. We will charge for additional shipping charges for resending items out (minimum $5.95).

In ALL cases please include the invoice that was sent to you with your order and a letter explaining what is to be done; whether its an exchange for another item, for a bigger/smaller size, etc., or if its for a refund. This letter is as important as including the invoice since it will ensure that proper action is taken upon receipt of your returned items. Also please provide us with authorization to charge your card for the shipping charge BACK to you. Also include a daytime telephone number where you can be reached in case any questions arise.
